Today I got to teach my supervisor how to handle different projects!!!I think my nagging about how she doesn't have a clue on how she should manage the project, worked and she has to learn the process!!I taught her some parts and then the other supervisor is going to teach her the rest..I am glad she is going to understand the timing of everything. After my nearly harsh conversation with her a few days ago..now everyone is f0llowing my path at work!!I can't stand people who are not appreciative of the things you do for them..and I think every once in a while you have to give them a reality check!!and I did..I decided to stand up to her, even if it meant to get fired..she needed to get a clue on how frustrated the team was..and if no one has the guts..I do!!and now she is more respectful than before:)
